After the raw material is crushed, it is conveyed into the silo by the elevator, and moves into the ball mill through feeder. The grinding medium in the ball mill uses the energy obtained when the mill rotates to repeatedly impact the material, grind and crush it. The material is discharged into the tank through the tail of the ball mill, and is conveyed into the classifier by negative pressure for classification. Qualified fine powder is collected by the cyclone or pulse-jet dust collector, and the coarse particles that cannot go through the classifier will go into the ball mill for being reground. The purified air will be discharged by the draft fan.
The whole design and production of ball mill with classifier production line includes German engineers’ work, which is also an international standard non-mine processing production line.
The process mainly includes crushing (usually two-stage crushing), grinding, classification, packaging, silo, conveying, lifting, etc. The ball mill can be connected with multiple classifiers in parallel to classify, or it can be connected with multiple classifiers in series. The ball mill and classifier system form a closed circuit system.
The selection of the ball mill adopts non-standard design according to the hardness, grindability, processing size and output fineness of the mineral. The shape of the liner and the gradation of the ball (section) are customized according to years of engineering practice experience to maximize the grinding efficiency.
For the classifier system, our engineer choose different models according to the different fineness of the powder. The FW series classifier can be used for D97: 2-20 micron products, and the FL series classifier can be used for D97: 8-45 micron products. Classification, each classifier has a wide range of powder fineness, a wide range of market requirements.
When the ball mill with classifier system produces multiple powder fineness at the same time, we can use multiple classifiers in series. Through the optimized combination of coarse subdivided classifiers, we ensure the lowest energy consumption of the ball mill. And the particle size distribution adjustment can be controlled strictly. Over-grinding can be avoided.
We can design and produce different plant structure and equipment layout s according to the investment, and provide the most cost-effective configuration system. For example, large-scale equipment layouts with an annual output of less than 20,000 tons use a single-level plant floor layout. Conveying and packaging can be manual packaging. Large-scale equipment layout of more than 20,000 tons adopts multi-dimensional plant layout. The conveying system uses pneumatic conveying. The packaging uses automatic packaging and is equipped with a palletizing system.
As to the environmental protection, we adopt a special design. The noise is less than 80Db (A) through the noise reduction device, vibration reduction of the equipment and some soft connections. By using a high-quality filter bag, the dust emission is less than 20mg / m3.
The electronic control system uses program control to control the entire production process, from the feed silo, grinding and classification, to product packaging.
